RuggedAir Stainless Steel Economizer Elements
Engineered exclusively for paper machine hood exhaust heat recovery applications, our economizer elements can be custom designed to suit your specific requirements and performance specifications.  All components are manufactured from 316 stainless steel and each blade compartment is continuously plasma tig welded and tested to ensure zero leakage.  We can also provide you with complete turn key pricing including engineering design supply and installation.

RuggedAir Trim Injectors
RuggedAir has designed supplied and installed trim conveying systems in our local market since our first years of operation.  Our Engineering experience and expertise with trim conveying systems have firmly implanted a high confidence rating with our customers.  These high efficiency trim injectors are time proven to provide you with consistent performance.  Custom engineered to meet your specific design requirements, our trim injectors have an upper limit capability better than 8000 fpm at 6" trim ribbon width  Consult one or our engineers to assist you with your entire system requirements.

RuggedAir Pneumatic Diverter Gates
Suitable for numerous application, or diverters are ruggedly built and extensively tested over several years of proven performance to withstand the harshest conditions.  Applications include paper trim, dust and chip conveying systems.  All diverters are custom manufactured to suit your specific requirements in limitless configurations and materials including all stainless steel.  Blades are multiple layer design and include two layers of 1/8" steel continuously welded to both sides of a solid 1" 0 steel shaft to form an air foil; reinforced gasket material is applied to both surfaces to form a tight dual layer seal; and finally the entire blade is sheathed in high abrasion resistant 316 stainless steel.  The entire blade and shaft assembly is easily removable for repair or replacement.  Allow our engineers to assist you in determining the best configuration to suit your needs.
