Manufactured to heavy duty industrial quality standards specifically suited to the forest products industry.

Skid Mounted - Single Unit
RuggedAir Ventilation Units and packaged air handlers offer outstanding craftsmanship and superior performance over commercial packaged assemblies.  Units are custom manufactured to suit your specific needs with limitless configuration possibilities and capacities up to 200,000 CFM.  Advanced production techniques offer very competitive pricing and delivery advantages.  All units are manufactured to heavy industrial quality standards and materials specifically suited to the harsh pulp & paper mill environment.  We utilize only recognized industrial O.E.M. components, names such as CML, Joy, TCF, Unifin, Hunt, Armstrong, Fisher, Sarco, and Foxboro to name a few.  To compliment our glycol heating units we also offer custom manufactured steam-glycol heating stations in skid mounted and field assembled configurations.

RuggedAir Ventilation units are available in two styles, skid mounted and field assembled.  Skid mounted assemblies are mounted on integral structural steel bases and are shipped in sections based on size and configuration.  All units and stations are available with or without fully integrated controls and can be tailored to match your specific requirements.  Other unit  options include filter banks, cowls, louvers and RuggedAir heavy duty dampers.
