For several years RuggedAir Systems has been involved in the design and manufacture of acoustic booths specifically suited for our industrial clientele.  Our booths are available in a wide variety of materials, sizes, configurations and sound absorption characteristics, or we can build to match a specific specification.

Standard wall construction includes:
1. *14 ga. steel exterior steel shell, painted to customers specifications.
2. *16 ga. steel interior steel liner, painted to customers specifications.
3. All welded internal steel frame.
4. 4" high density noise stop insulation.
     *316 stainless steel sheathing can be substituted for the painted sheathing

Aluminum wall construction includes:
1.  Roof & wall panel construction consists of 16 ga. exterior aluminum sheathing mounted to an all welded structural aluminum framework.
2.  3 layers of 5/8" gypsum board sandwiching 2 layers of acoustic fiberglass insulation.
3.  Perforated interior metal liner with acoustic noise stop blanket insulation backing.

All booths are manufactured to the highest quality standards and can be fitted with any number of options or features as follows:

• Air Conditioning - air cooled, water cooled or heat pump configuration.
• Interior perforated liner with sound absorption acoustic insulation (standard on aluminum booths).
• Pre-wired (skid mounted units) lighting, receptacles, baseboard heaters and any other optional equipment supplied with booth.
• Smaller booths are available with integral structural steel base with floor.  Larger booths are panel type assembled units with full width gaskets at all joints.
• Commercial grade linoleum tile flooring or raised computer tile floor.
• Glass - standard dual layer 6 mm tempered safety glass mounted in locking rubber seal, with full width and full perimeter perforated acoustic baffle liner with noise stop insulation backing.
• Heavy duty brand name insulated steel doors with all welded and insulated frames with dual seals are standard.   Manufactured full depth acoustic doors to match wall construction with triple seals are optional.
• Acoustic panel false ceiling with recessed lighting.
• Pressurization with chemical or particulate filtration.
